Journal Impact Factors

Journal Citation Reports is a unique tool that allows users to evaluate and compare journals according to usage of relevant citation elements from 7.500 international scientific journals from more than 3.300 publishers.

The citations are an important factor for scientists to measure the frequency of use of each journal. The ciations are published annually in two editions:

  • JCR Science Edition, with information from 5.900 journals in natural and applied sciences, technology and health sciences.
  • JCR Social Sciences Edition, with information from 1.700 journals in social and economic sciences and humanities.
LIC offers access to both editions from 2003 untill today.
